Blues air 3B: Great location. The instructions to find the property access door need to be clearer and labelled with a ‘B’. The laundry is shared with downstairs property. There is no real area to store snow gear/equipment. The property is on a second floor with shared laundry downstairs outside property internal door. The main bathroom exhaust fan did not work and some dishes in kitchen had baked on grime.Instructions for the gas fireplace would be helpful. A drying rack/area would be beneficial. The property was clean and communication with host was great. Our group of 7 slept comfortably at this property.
