「The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. 」

「The apartment is in a fantastic location for getting out and about in Harrogate it was nice and clean very quiet. My only gripe was I paid for an upgrade to have a city view and king king-size bed but didn't get either. Apart from that, everything else was spot on, and having two fans in this warm weather was a great help this was our second time using these apartments, and we will use them again in the future 」

「Check in was very easy with clear instructions. The flat iself is a well done update of a very cool historical structure. The flats location is ideal. There is a grocery store just down the street and getting into York is a short walk across the bridge and you're there. Everything is within walking distance. The Minster, Museums, markets and the shambles, all close. We highly recommend the Micklegate flat.」

「This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back 」
