Well we took a cooking class in the little town of Italy from a local chef, Alesssandra. She is such a wonderful person. She made arrangements to pick us up at the train station, go for breakfast, grocery shopping for the class at local shops, and takes you to her home.

We learned how to cook some delicious dishes, got the share some heart touching stories, made a connection and a new friend and ate some real italian food.
