Fantastic location for everything whilst not being in the middle of it all. The staff were all lovely and everything super clean. Only issue was the aircon didn't work and we couldn’t open the windows due to mosquitoes (discovered this after the first night with it open - didn’t make that mistake again!). It’s quite an unusual interior with a tiny lift and lots of stairs so just be aware of that - it didn’t bother us though, we loved the charm.

Outstanding Boutique Hotel. Friendly Multilingual Staff, Great Breakfast, beautiful and spacious room. Absolutely amazing Wellness Spa! Centrally located for easy access to all of Firenze via public transportation. 30 mins from airport. I highly recommend The Moon Hotel And Spa!

Super charming and stylish (traditional Florentine) hotel. Many rooms (eg mine) overlook beautiful Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its church. Lovely views. Nice bathroom, very professional and friendly service from all the personnel there. The street level bar (inside outside sections) seem to be favored by cool locals as well as guests. The food menu covered lots of bases and everything I sampled was delicious. Check out the Napoleon salon!

The staff was helpful and kind, they offered to store our luggage until check in and then when it was check in time, they already had put the luggage in our room. The breakfast was very well stocked and tasty. The staff made recommendations of food places to eat at. They were very kind and attentive and the whole experience was enjoyable.
