"The stay was amazing and the host was incredible! Only small complaint is that the hot tub is only available April through November (we were there in March) and that was not disclosed to us until after we checked in. The place was lovely though and we had the best time! "

"After a long journey, I was hoping for a good night’s sleep but this condo was a nightmare. The three nights I booked were awful. The bed slats were broken, causing the bed mattress to dip and slant to one side. This made it impossible to sleep. The curtains didn’t cover the entire window and the top part of the window let lots of light come in. The bedroom window did not close properly and the -13 wind chill blew in making the bedroom very cold. The owner didn’t provide simple instructions. I needed the WiFi password, and had no data but was forced to ask for it. The key had a fob to use the lift and open the downstairs main door and I wasn’t aware because the owner failed to provide any information. A simple ask for the key box code involved 2-3 messages back and forth. I am from overseas and did message him for information. I’m really not sure about the previous ratings rating but thankfully I have a full refund. Best to book elsewhere. "

"This property is located in the basement and was clean. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp and provided clear instructions, which made my stay smooth. The apartment includes a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and a big wardrobe with hangers. Cooking was not allowed, but there are plates, spoons, knives, kitchen towels, and sanitizer provided. The host also provided paper bags to carry some items or laundry. In the washroom, toilet paper, soap, and hand wash are available. For future guests, a few things to note: •In the kitchen: glasses for drinking water, cups for tea/coffee, and a garbage bag in the bin are not provided. •In the washroom: floor towel, shower towel, and slippers are not included. Overall, it’s a clean and well-managed place. Sharing these details so future guests can come prepared. "

"House was excellent for our family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet street and neighborhood. Kitchen was great for cooking a family diner one night. Plenty of stores and food close by. Freeway was close as well to get downtown and other places. "

"Everything went smoothly. Checking in was simple and questions answered promptly. Very clean and beautiful space. Nice location easy to get to stores and restaurants. Hour drive to wine country with plenty of wineries to chose from. Absolutely a prefect place to stay and relax."
