「We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks...

「Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. 」

「Passing through and needed somewhere to stay . This was ok BUT location is too remote ! It’s 30mins walk to beach and shops not less time as host advised . There is a shuttle service 5x / day .. it’s ok but was late by 30mins on arrival . Not a good start ! Very uneven surface if you decide to walk !NOT suitable for elderly or disability / children to walk this dirt track ! 」

「Absolutely spotlessly clean room cleaning staff are very helpful 👍. The staff are all very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them you have a problem it's sorted out. The whole place is spotlessly clean all the time with the ground staff. That's i will be going back and back again.」

「Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should...

「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」

「our window was faced into a corridor so there was no fresh air nor a beach view. one of the bathrooms in the hostel smelt very musty but the other one was fine. besides those two things, we thought the space was ideal for the two of us. bathrooms were always super clean! 」

「空港からタクシーで20分ほど。ビーチは目の前、窓から海がみえます。ベランダの椅子や屋上のリクライニングチェアでゆっくりと過ごす時間は素敵です。滞在中はプールサイドで波の音を聞きながらゆっくりしました。客室が多くないせいか、館内はとても落ち着いていて静かです。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。朝ごはんはオーダー制で毎日とても美味しかったです。日曜はブランチビュッフェでした。隣接する二つのホテルは系列ホテルで館内から直接アクセス可能です。飲食店やショッピングエリアはホテルからすぐです。」

「スタンダードの部屋を予約したら、道路に面した部屋でした。一泊六万円と思うとバスタブもなく残念でした。 ホテル自体は、プールや朝食もよかったです。」
