「施設はどれもきれいで過ごしやすかったです」

「朝食の案内係の女性から差別を受け 完全に食堂ではないボールルームに家族5人で案内された。そこは、全く食べ物がない所沢だった。 しばらくしてそこは、クーラーもない控のボールルームと気づきどんでもないひどい扱いに気が付き、スタッフに猛烈に抗議したら、 他のスタッフが数人と上のものが飛んできて平謝りした。それで事なきを得たが、本人直接抗議しても知らん顔。翌日も知らん顔。なんということ。今は収まったが、24年7月19日の朝食の担当、あなたのことですよ。 」

「お部屋や、施設は凄く綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。スタッフの方も言い方が多かったですが、英語でも伝わりにくかったり、お客さんの数に対して、スタッフの人数が少ないのか、なかなかフロントに繋がやらなかったのが残念です。」

「I can't pick up something bad about the experience there. Even I am good to find all the bad things. Staffs were very nice, decent but very friendly at the same time. Not snobbish at all. My room ( non smoking ) had a perfect sea view, and I could sit by the big window all day. And the breakfast buffet was beyond perfect. It seemed they could serve anything.
