"Three day stay was perfect for local site seeing and eating. Easy bus route from the Amtrak station and easy bus routes to South Street, Washington Park or just walk to. "

"This was a great place to stay while on a business trip. I didn’t spend much time in the place itself between my conference and exploring Philly, but for that purpose it was great. The location was central to so much and I could walk or take a short drive to most places. It is across from a gas station which brings its own population but otherwise felt safe within the building itself. Overall the place was nice inside. I think overall the complex and apartment could have been a little cleaner (dusty, crumbs on floor, lots of scuffs on the walls, a smell that wasn’t unpleasant but likely used to cover past animal smells). The bed was comfy and sheets all clean with extra blankets and towels if needed. I had everything I needed for a short stay. The iron was dirty with something sticky which almost ruined a nice shirt of mine but thankfully I caught it as it touched the shirt. I was able to rub out the mark and dry the shirt to press it. Having a washed dryer was a plus for sure. Correspondence was quick and attentive. Overall a good stay. "

"Front desk says they addressed repair order but never did (latch & usb charging ports). When I texted back with a picture of the broken latch telling them it was not fixed, there was no further response. Also, you are not being told about the $15 parking fee when you check in. That’s later that day by text. Overall ok stay but not necessarily value for money. "
