"The common areas and rooms are excellent. I prefer a softer mattress and the mattress was firm, so I didn’t sleep very well because of that since I have a bad back. Careful with the shower products provided by the hotel. I had a respiratory allergic reaction to them much like allergies in the spring. Some staff cannot speak any English whatsoever. When a maid came by the room to see if we needed anything, I asked for a bath towel and she handed me a trash bag. "

"Jeb was welcoming, and the property was clean. The neighbors were nice. The neighborhood could not have been in a better location, adjacent to famous Ybor City, with 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes by City Trolley to the convention center. I was in town for a convention, and it was nice to start my day with coffee on the front porch before entering the chaos that is conventions. I highly recommend this location. It's simple, easy, clean, and has everything I needed."

"Please disregard any poor reviews regarding the location of this house. We sat out on the porch every night and never felt unease. Being from the East Bay Area in Norcal, we know when a area is bad. This isnt it. It is the perfect location for walking to 7th Ave which we did every night. The house was perfect for our needs. We did not cook other than breakfast as preferred to eat out at the many wonderful options. Our Columbia dinner was special. Just a couple streets over was the easy route up to the freeway so we were able to be on the beach and golf course in no time. Absolutely recommend the free trolley which was a 10 min walk from the house. Room were cozy and beds were fine. I am particular about beds and really had no issues sleeping in the main room. Will 100% look to rent this house again next time! "

"The only disappointment was that we were unaware that there was no elevator available. Going up the steep steps with luggage at age 73 was a bit much, but we made it. Also, we were only in the apartment for 30-40 minutes and received a parking ticket in that short of time. Please advise customers to run, not walk, to put the parking permit on their rear view mirror asap. "

"My stay was pleasant. It was a little smaller then I expected. The bathroom was truly small, but very clean. The experience was amazing. I totally loved my experience, this has given me ideal to possibly look into in my city. Overall my stay was Aplus!!!"
