"The location and views were amazing! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening, and it was so convenient to drive to the T and Ferry for easy access into Boston each day. We also loved being able to safely bike around the neighborhood and explore the area.Since this was our first time visiting, there were a few things about the waterfront that we hadn’t anticipated. I had imagined we would do more swimming, but at high tide there wasn’t really a shoreline, and at low tide there was quite a bit of algae and seaweed. My son loves to fish, so the amount of seaweed made that a little challenging. I’m sure guests who know the area may already be familiar with these conditions.The house had a wonderful, comfortable, lived-in character—it almost felt like staying at your grandma’s house for the weekend, which gave it a very homey feel. The major surfaces were clean.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful setting, incredible sunsets, and convenient location for exploring Boston."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay here and it exceed our expectations. It’s so close to the beach and we even had a nice little view! There’s a roomy fridge, and a microwave. The room is spacious and comfortable. The fact that it was pet friendly was an absolute GAME CHANGER. Reception was the kindest woman ever. We will definitely come back!"

"It is a great old home nicely renovated modern touches and decorated in a beautiful monochromatic scheme. The owner was communicative and easy to reach. Although we didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen had everything one would need. Because it’s an old house the stairs are rather steep esp the set leading to the third floor. Also the showers in both bathrooms had great water pressure but were on the small side. The house is in a fabulous location in a quiet neighborhood very close to a harbor and the quaint town of Cohasset with shops and lots of options for dining!"

"JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY."

"This was a perfect home base for our family of four on our trip to Boston. We really enjoyed being able to relax and unwind outside of the city each evening. Walks on the beach across the street and the sunset views over the water from the deck were the perfect way to end each night. Boston was easily accessible by the ferry or the T. This home has everything you could want or need. We would definitely stay here again!"
