「Over-all, our experience in the hotel was very good. I just don't like it when they are only providing 1 key card and you will need the card to enable the electricity in the room by inserting it in a slot. Once you leave to go somewhere, you will remove it and all electricity will be off including the fridge which makes it unable to leave some food or medication in it.」
「Hugely overpriced. The property has been allowed to reach a run down state. Because I took the key away with me during the day the room could not be cleaned. Looking at the furnishings I would say that this was once quite a nice hotel. Overall experience...disappointing. 」
「Such a great hotel! The check in process was super simple, the staff were all super kind and friendly, the room was very clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I didn't get a chance to swim in the pool, but it also looked amazing! All in all, Sunkiss hotel is a great place to stay!

"We had a wonderful stay at Chatrium Riverside Hotel Bangkok. The riverside location is excellent, with easy access to Asiatique and ICONSIAM. Hospitality was outstanding, and both the breakfast and lounge service were of superb quality. The pool was spacious and well-maintained, allowing our family to truly relax and enjoy our time. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower booth door had a gap that allowed water to spill outside, requiring us to wipe the floor with towels. It would also be great if the hotel could provide a swimsuit dryer somewhere on the premises."
