「Hotel and room are clean, but the experience was bad and much less than other Residence Inn hotel which I have ever stayed..
Card key is so often mulfunctioned but the front staff has refused my request to change the card several times, so I had to go and back between the room and front desk many times. Also, some staff is not friendly so makes me uncomfortable. this is not hotel's hospitality.. (I mean some staff are not good , of course, I found some nice staff as well)

「The hotel is right next to the streetcar line which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and homey with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds! The breakfast items are limited, but it was nice sitting outside on the patio with our coffee and muffins watching the streetcars go by.
