Where do I begin 🙄 from check in to check out this hotel was miserable. The lacking of customer service skills were painfully obvious at first point of contact with front desk.

Miami International Airport Hotel
Its only redeeming feature was being in the airport. Way below a Hampton Inn or Hyatt Place. Small room clearly showed its age.
