I had a great room with a balcony that was so beautiful! They also have a beautiful terrace that had views of the zocalo! Absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Mexico City! "

"This was my 2nd stay at Hotel Juarez. I find it to be an amazing value for it's location (Centro HIstorico). It's older but kept very clean. Very secure. My only complaint is that the pillows are too tall (I know, crazy.)."

Alicia, the housekeeper, did an excellent job tidying up my room every day—I always returned to fresh, laundered towels and a spotless space. Every morning I was greeted with a friendly “Buenos días,” which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The 24-hour cafeteria was a lifesaver when I came back late from a full day of sightseeing. And the morning buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious—great way to start each day.
