"Amazing stay! Just make sure you get a lesson in how to turn the heat on... beautiful property walking distance from sights, shops, and cafes. Will absolutely stay there next time we are in Kingston!"
"Very unique property centrally located to explore the Catskills area. Kingston is a nice little town with a lot of great restaurants. You can hike in the adjacent state park along the Hudson from the property or hike in the Catskills 30 minutes out. Quiet relaxing property. "
"Great getaway property. We checked in for two nights, and stayed in a building with kitchen/2 bedrooms, which was great for our needs. We spent time in the property relaxing at the beautiful pool, sauna, and had a fabulous dinner at Butterfield. Played some shuffleboard, pool and video games in their clubhouse - very laid back vibe and perfect for a couples weekend. Great food options off property in the area, and my partner was able to get in a quick nine-hole game of golf at a nearby...
"Nice, clean and quiet motor inn. Conveniently located to FDR home, Vanderbilt mansion, Rhinebeck and breweries of Poughkeepsie. I would stay here again."
"Amazingly clean, comfortable and conveniently close to the Omega Institute! We loved our stay and how close it was to the Brian Weiss workshop weekend."
"Beautifully decorated in a homely style and in keeping with the Woodstock vibe. Excellent location for all the excellent bars and restaurants and shops. We also appreciated a TV free property!"

Lovely 2 queen size bedroom apt one block from Rough Draft and Uptown Kingston
10/10 Excellent
"A very nice unit on the upper floor of an attractive older house. The inside is spacious--seemed larger than the listed square footage. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds and lots of storage. The kitchen is a bit small, but perfectly adequate. There's the 'bonus' of a small office in addition to a large living area. The bathroom is fine, with a tub/shower and double sink. The house is on a quiet street with ample on-street parking, some of it metered (Kingston uses an online parking app that I had never heard of, so plan ahead). The location is on the edge of Kingston's historic district. In fact, houses featured in the history walking tour are just a few doors down from this one. There are restaurants within walking distance. Also, the house is reasonably close to the Thruway exit for Kingston, so it's easy to get to without having to drive far into the central part of town. The property manager was fabulous. She stocked the refrigerator with a few essentials before we arrived, gave detailed instructions on parking and the entry locks, and dropped off a missing item that we needed during our stay. This is a lovely, clean, well-managed apartment in a great location at a very reasonable price. It deserves the high ratings it has received. (And, Rough Draft is a great place for coffee or beer!)"
Cozy loft apartment in Stockade district walk to restaurants & bars AC & WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"The place was excellent and very convenient for our busy weeding weekend. If we return to the area, this place would be our first "go to" option. Thanks again."
"Steep stairs rewarded by magnificent loft. Very clean, pool table, TV complete with YouTube, Netflix, Prime and a bunch more I am did not useModern appliances, bathroom & shower were exceptional.Lots of little touches done right.I am very sensitive to noise at night, forgot my earplugs and had no problem sleeping. There was the occasional train which in the MBR was not a problem. For sensitive sleepers, might be a problem in the other bedroom. We did not eat there (no good opportunity),but there is a hole in the wall Jamaican restaurant one block away that rated 4.8. My stepson who likes good food and restaurants spoke highly of it.I was a bit torn on the neighborhood rating. The area is gentrifying and while some of houses in the area were in need of repair and there is the occasional graffiti, there are 3 artists' studios on the block. My stepson drives 20 minutes to some of the restaurants in the area.Normally I when in the area, I stay with my stepson and his family, but they had a big event (14 kids in the basement) so we needed a place to stay, If the need arose, I would happily go back here again - and I am picky."
