「Noisy location right near the plaza made worse by a food truck that pulled up at midnight. Room was small but fine except for the noisiness. Breakfast was ok. Hotel itself was beautifully presented. If it werent for the noisy people in the plaza the spot is perfect.」

「Nicely done rooms in the distillery. Room was comfortable and had amazing view. Price was a bit high for the level offered and it was disappointing that the restaurant is closed mid week as the dining experience next door is not to be recommended. 」

It was a very relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the island. The Croft cottage has been expertly renovated and is well appointed.」

「We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. 」

「My wife and I spent 3 nights at Hugh's Highland Hideaway as the centerpiece of our 12 day Scotland vacation. What rare a special place. The cottage is surrounded my meadows and grazing sheep set againast beautiful green mountain slopes behind. Inside it's very well kept and clean with updated heaters, bathroom and kitchen.
