"My family of 4 stayed at Coral Gardens for in early June 2024. We loved the location and the amount of space. We loved all of the room and the amazing ocean view we had at Coral Gardens! Coral Gardens was very clean, the A/C worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of chairs with umbrellas on the beach and fresh towels were provided at the desk by the beach. Snorkeling by the resort is amazing! It was nice not having to drive or take a boat anywhere else to experience wonderful snorkeling. We saw a spotted eagle ray, a turtle, stingrays, parrot fish, barracuda, and lots of other pretty fish and coral. The location was convenient with a rental car. The Somewhere Bar and Restaurant is on property and Jojo’s/Dune is next door at Windsong. We only had to drive a short distance to many other dining options. Our only complaints about the property are that we had several burned out lightbulbs, making one of the bedrooms very dark, and one of the toilets didn’t flush well (we had to hold the handle down and flush twice). The large soaking tub in the master bath looked nice but wouldn’t fill up because the drain plug leaked water. There was a little construction noise from next door but it wasn’t bad. One morning, there was a lot of noise and gas fumes that we could smell from our balcony, but I think they were doing something on property (landscaping possibly). Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Coral Gardens and we would return. "

"Not too crowded and staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They went beyond and above. I had a medical need and the staff made all the arrangements to secure an appointment with doctor, call a cab and checked on me the day after. "

"Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the beach almost every night, and the fire pits were all lit by the sea. We visited several of the surrounding resorts for dinner and Grace Bay was by far the best all-around from our perspective. We were greeted when we arrived and did not have to wait long at all before we were in our room. The bellman showed us through the room and shared specific information about the resort. There was a nice welcome letter for us outlining hours of operation and the amenities on site. I would recommend booking your excursions through the hotel concierge. The ones we booked through them were the best! For our catamaran excursion they picked us up right on the beach in front of the resort. It was so convenient. The only thing I could even say that was not just 10 was the beach service was not very attentive but the pool service was. We were not that impressed with the Infiniti restaurant for dinner. The food was subpar but the service was great. "

"First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. Everything was so convenient and the on-site manager was fantastic. We can't thank her enough. Wi-Fi was more than adequate as I was able to work remotely without any issues. The villa itself was great! The outdoor patio was great for us to dry our snorkel and scuba gear on. The covered balcony was wonderful to sit out in the morning or evening and enjoy coffee or a late night cocktail. We utilized the full kitchen every day and the A/C was very welcomed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas."
