"The staff was amazing! No matter your need they are there to help. The bed was comfortable and the hotel had some lovely restaurants and lounges. Great location."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel!!! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection!! Glad we added it to our booking. The waiter Juned was the best!!! So happy, friendly and helpful. Always wore a smile 😊 The bartender Mike was great too and made the best drinks!!! All around a fabulous stay!!! Only thing we wished for was a hot tub after all of our walking excursions. 😆 We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!!!! "

"Room was cleaned every other day and that works for me. Breakfast is good - the kids enjoyed it. The only thing I noticed is that the sausages are a bit dry at the time of the day we had those usually around 9 am. Lotion dispenser was not filled but I prefer to use my own. Bar soap is provided and we use it for washing hands - I prefer handwashing liquid soap. On site parking is available but it’s an add on, added on top of the room bill. I think $40/day. We used SpotHero to look for a closer parking spot - 6 mins walk - and paid almost $50 for 3 days. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay."

"Rooms were new and nice! Loved the toilet being separate from the shower and vanity. The bed could've been a little softer, but that is personal preference. Location was great for entertainment district, short walk to most attractions. We used the complimentary baggage check prior to our stay with no hassle. The complimentary breakfast was FABULOUS."

"No security for front door. People sleeping all over lobby on any surface including floors No staff after 10 pm. Pod above me s phone alarm going off every 5 mins for whole night. Other patrons were yelling at pod above me to shut off alarm. Left at 3 am. Well I tried it once. Your on your own here"
