"Hotel review – Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable: This hotel is in a catastrophic state and has absolutely nothing to do with a 4-star standard! The rooms are hopelessly outdated, bathrooms and rooms are only superficially cleaned – limescale deposits everywhere, dirty, dull mirrors, and dirty corners you'd rather not see. "On the first night, we had an issue with the air conditioning, so they gave us another room. However, the safe box in that room didn’t work either, so we had to move to yet another room. The first room was actually better and nicer. The last room we were given was on the ground floor. Overall, I didn’t receive the level of service I expected."
