Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands

We stayed for a week. It was a good sized space. We were looking for a place to stay with a kitchen. It generally looked like the pictures. I was able to walk to my event. Area is quiet during the week but louder on the wekend. We had noisy neighbors during the weekend. Could hear them easily. Place was clean, but not immaculate. There is no cleaning service for the week. We asked for someone to give us new towels and empty the trash in the middle of the week, but no one showed. The TV had limited channels and we were unable to link our devices to the TV for our streaming services. The bed was very comfortable, but the couch was not. We utilized the free coffee, fitness room and laundry. Not as many places to eat in the area as we expected, but we easily took ubers outside of the downtown area. There were a number of homeless people, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Hotel had good security at the front door. Staff were ok, not overly friendly. Reservation office closed on Sundays (I had a question about my reservation).

Friendliest staff, clean room. Hotel was great.

Phenomenal place to stay in HOUSTON. It’s 5 mins from everything that’s happening in HOUSTON. Love it here!
