The living room has a large 75 inch screen with satellite reception, Playstation 4, large mirror elements and a Hue light installation. The terrace was re-tiled in 2019 and equipped with comfortable garden armchairs. Furthermore, a (heated) pool can be used and loungers are available on a separate wooden terrace. The house is in a very quiet area on a street with no through traffic. It is less than 200m to the baker and 1km to the supermarket.
