About this property

This house is centrally located and yet very quiet.

  • The apartment is located in the newly built Schlosserhaus31 that we opened in summer 2016 and is 56m² in size, suitable for 2-4 people. Bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table, satellite TV 49 "; separate toilet, shower, radio; south-facing balcony 16m² local tax € 0.85 per day and person. Children up to 14 years are exempt. Bed linen and towels are provided. There are no additional costs. Final cleaning and WIFI WiFi are included in the price.

    Visit us from July 2016 at schlosserhaus31 in Tisens Meranerland. Among other things, you can expect comfortable bathrooms, optionally with a separate toilet and bidet. Let your culinary skills run wild in the fully equipped kitchenettes. In addition to the standard equipment, we also provide a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
    Enjoy the view of the Meraner Land while you relax in the wonderful mountain air.
