The house is 10 minutes away both from the sandy beach (gorgeous view of the Gulf) and the downtown of Villagrazia (restaurants, fishery, ATM, pharmacy, supermarket, butchery, bars...). 「Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro in questa struttura; due adulti e due ragazzi. La villa è situata in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dal mare, dalla piazza, dai bar. La casa in sè è dorata di tutti i confort. Da non sottovalutare l'aspetto dell'alto numero di zanzare che è una nota dolente poiché non si può godere appieno degli spazi aperti.
