"The pool, the building, the breakfast seemed very good to me, when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist had no empathy and when working directly with the client she must show kindness and empathy which I did not find in her, however the receptionist the next day was super friendly and attentive that saved the opinion a lot, the cleaning of the bedroom was good the only thing that caused me the bed was 5 pimples on my legs it is nothing serious but I recommend a disinfection on the mattresses since the itching does not stop. A good experience in your facilities"

"I stayed in a downstairs unit with parking right out front—super convenient. The laminate flooring gave a nice hardwood look, though the bathtub was a bit dated. The air conditioning worked, a bit loud, but the room itself was very quiet. The location was fantastic—right by the mall with plenty of restaurants, including Panera. The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was basic—mini muffins and oatmeal—more of a snack than a full meal. The large table was a plus, but no hangers, so bring some if you need. You’ll have to request housekeeping. Most importantly, the staff was super friendly and helpful."
