This stay surpassed our expectations. It was a unique experience that was themed and was right in the middle of a beautiful landscape that we could hike and explore. It really was fantastic.

What a wonderful place to stay at. Secluded, quiet, and excellent rooms. The Catina was well stocked for anyones needs.. Great communications with SIS. I would / will return to the Ten Bits Ranch again. Highly recommended !!!!

What a great place. Wish I could have stayed longer. Loved how it was remote but yet close to town. I love the country life. Thanks again for a great place that was nice and clean.

What an amazing little spot to discover. We stayed one night on our way to Big Bend and wish we would have had more time at this little gem. The room was perfect but the view was to die for! Will definitely be back and hopefully with the pup next time.

Fun place to stay! I particularly enjoyed scrambling over the rocky hills and exploring the creekbed for interesting geology.

Fantastic place to stay! Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was as described. Such a fun stay. Enjoyed the Apache cave and the shooting range. Cooked food both days. Lovely place. Don’t miss this wonderful vacation spot. Dark sky views were fantastic also!!

Great stay for post Big Bend!

Awesome place, love the theme and the distance from town. Great views and perfect stars. Also appreciated the community kitchen area. Would definitely stay here again.

The casita had amazing views to enjoy while relaxing or at the fire pits. Location was good for getting around to the neighboring areas & parks. Bonus for our family was the pet friendly accommodations. The cantina had some basic breakfast supplies & the room had a microwave & small fridge, perfect for lunch supplies. would highly recommend and all ready miss the night sky & view of Hen Egg during sunset.

Great Place!

This was the perfect place to stay! Amazing views, comfy cabins and a full size kitchen. We have a large family so this was amazing. “Camping” made easy. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! Pet and family friendly. We traveled with our dog and two kids (8 & 6 y/o). The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate. We enjoyed the community fridge and continental breakfast - one less meal to plan. It was very close to Big Bend National Park and Terlingua. We would stay here again! Pictures are from a short trail next to the campsites.

Big Bend Adventure

Enjoyed our stay so much! Loved the ranch and the room. Really appreciated the great communication through email and text. The information regarding directions was very helpful. Especially liked the cantina. Had such a warm feeling to it. We cooked both nights of our stay I would recommend to anyone traveling to the park.

Ten Bits Stay

The Ten Bits Ranch was so fun. Each of the places was named after a building in an old western town. It was very comfortable and plenty of space for all 4 of us. The location was beautiful and far enough out you could see a million stars. I would highly recommend it.

Desert Bliss

A great place to stay housing was nice very comfortable. Everything was there as described went rock hunting and to the Apache cave which was really neat. It was right there on the premises. Lotta history from that area. If and when we go back we will want to stay at 10 bits Ranch again or we won’t go

Trip to Terlingua

All in all it was a great get away for a few days! The Ranch itself is in a beautiful setting ~ loved sitting outside just enjoying the beautiful areas. Clean cabin beds a bit hard but ok… Only comment that I think is a negative is the fact that “Breakfast is included “. The only thing that was available were bagels and breakfast bars coffee and juice. Other than that we enjoyed the Ranch.

Adorable!

We stayed at Ten Bits Ranch with myself, my husband, dog and two kids (8 and 12), and we loved it! The property was as described, and more. The ranch was very conveniently located not too far from the town of Terlingua and Big Bend, yet felt so secluded, quiet and peaceful. The themed buildings gave a village vibe and the community kitchen area was well stocked with more than we expected and was centrally located. Our room was clean, furnished well, and the shower was super hot, which was great after a long day hiking. We loved sitting on the porch and looking at the starts and night and watching the sun rise in the mornings with nothing but the sounds of crickets. Wonderful location!

Excellent

Ten Bits was the best place to stay while visiting Big Bend plus it is a great place itself as a place to explore and to enjoy the beautiful landscape and serene outdoors. We loved the hiking, star gazing, s’more making, everything-It was perfect. But listen to the owners when they warn you to stay off the roads if you don’t have AWD or 4x4. It gets bad when it rains. The set up like an old western town is so cute and it was just a joy to stay here!! The owners communicated with me very well!!

Great place to stay with fantastic views

Everything was as advertised. The mile+ long driveway was in rough shape due to the heavy rain but the view was definitely worth it! The rooms, AC, and showers were a welcome relief after several days of camping. I'd definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Note: Don't rely on the continental breakfast. I understand the host is going above and beyond in this regard but we found it to be lacking. It would probably best to bring your own breakfast.
