General Store is a well appointed handicap accessible room. The room did not have a keurig unlike some of the newer rooms. The refrigerator worked well, maybe too well as it froze some of our items that we left inside of it. The room had a musty odor inside. The front porch is nice, however your view is blocked by the paneling on the porch railing.
The air conditioning unit works really well and overall the room is pretty soundproof; the only real noise on the property is the commercial generators that occasionally activated. We did not hear them when we were inside the unit.
The cantina was well appointed, we did find some leftover products left by previous guests which were well past their expiration dates. The refrigerators are very handy, however, they should be monitored for old/stale or expired food products.
We noticed by day three of our stay that the bottled water for the keurig’s was running low. We had plenty of water on to support making coffee.
All in all our stay was very enjoyable, peaceful and we were able to get some amazing pictures of wildlife up on the ridge and photos of the comet that was recently viewable.
Now that we have the layout of the property; we are looking forward to another trip to the area.
