I'm sure they deal with all forms of kind to crazy. They were truly gracious hosts at each interaction. The bathroom is a dream. The entryway into my room was the size of many hotel rooms I've had in Japan. It made winter dressing and disrobing, a thankless sport, easier than what I experience at home. The open shelving and hanger situation is also a bit of genius allowing damp togs to dry and also allowing for visual organization and space to repack as items lose situational relevance during planned activities. I loved the desk window area, but spent no time using them because OUTSIDE was the reason to be in town. I hope to plan more downtime into my next stay so I can take advantage of the well-appointed room, comfy bed, and shiny digs near many fun social eateries and activities. A great small chain find. "

"I booked this hotel cos of it location. It is connected few shopping mall, metro and even the famous Kamppi Church. and tram stop in front hotel that go to old market. The room was great too. Really like this hotel, will stay again if back to Helsinki "
