Great apartment with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. It is located in a magnificent location a few steps from the sea and in one of the best areas in the south of the island, Costa Adeje. The nearest beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a beautiful walk and a wide variety of services, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Everything you may need in just a few minutes.

This studio is a comfortable and very practical apartment. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a double bed. An equipped and practical kitchen. A full bathroom. A living room, TV and an outdoor dining room. From this bright living room you can access the terrace with beautiful views of the sea. You can also enjoy the sun and the incredible sunsets.

The complex also has a wide variety of facilities and services. It has 3 heated swimming pools, 2 of them large and 1 for children, solarium, bar, cafeteria, shops, laundry, etc.

terrible access

Yes, you sent details of how to access the property , HOWEVER, I am 76 years old and stupidly read access code ,didn't read it fully.On arriving , I couldn't follow the access system on the phone , I stopped a couple of people , and a German couple (who spoke and read English )fully computer literate spent 30 minutes getting the door open .The key jammed once later in the stay , and I asked the Santa Maria staff to help, fortunately they did saying the key sometimes because it isn't quite aligned, and they had to jiggle it about . After 5 minutes they freed it and I got in(worried for the rest of the holiday it would happen again)The couple in Room 135 also stopped me and asked if I could get them into their Room on arriving , as they couldn't access. in the end they gave up after 15minutes and rang your Rep . She said she would remotely access entrance --BUT FAILED--and told them to sit in reception , and arrived to let them in The system is terrible , and I wouldn't be able to use it again , even reading the instructions again

Property basic but has everything you need. Very clean on arrival, with easy check in. Problem with WIFi but owner came straight away and fixed problem (very helpful) only thing I would mention is that it’s a cashless hotel and you have to use card as private apartments. Also no cleaners during our stay which was fine as you have your own mop and brush to use, and set of fresh towel and bedding for 2nd week Just didn’t know that when first booking. Location is great, great for pubs, beach and restaurants and supermarket right on footsteps. Would definitely book again.
