忘れ物をフロントで預かっておいてくれたり、チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズだったし、部屋も広々してWIFIも使えて、快適な滞在でした。ロケーションとしても、周辺のエルコルテイングレスやカルフールのお買い物荷物を置きに戻るのにも便利だったし、ホテル前にいつもタクシーが待っていて、早朝空港に向かうのにも便利でした。

残念です

夜部屋に戻ったら、テーブルで乾かしておいたデニムが無くなってました。すぐレセプションに話し、翌朝のチェックアウトの際にも話したのですが、「ハウスキーピングに聞いても知らないと言われたからわからない」の一点張り。「後日メールで問い合わせを」と言われて帰国後にメールしたのですが、「ハウスキーピングに聞いても知らないと言われたからわからない」と同じ主張を繰り返すのみ。おまけに「早く見つかるといいですね」の一言が添えられていました。観光やショッピングに便利なホテルだけに、一連のスタッフの対応は非常に残念です。

VIP lounge was perfect for a group of 8 friends so we can gather and catch up on old times. The rooms were very comfortable and included breakfast was very good.

El alojamiento muy bien en general (limpieza y acceso), las instalaciones son buenas aunque el ascensor derecho sufre de roturas de vez en cuando pero por lo demás el hotel es un 10 de 10, lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Centrale, con garage, colazione super

I motivi per cui dovendo tornare a Tenerife tornerei in questo Hotel sono: la posizione da cui si può raggiungere agevolmente a piedi il centro storico e il lungomare, la colazione fantastica e il garage collegato direttamente con la hall. Il Bar Ristorante è un posticino carino in cui si mangia senza lode e senza infamia (come d’altronde in tutta l’isola) a prezzi ragionevolissimi, ma ci si può passare una mezz’ora piacevole a bere una birra. Per il resto l’Hotel è simile a tutti gli altri palazzoni/grattaceli stile americano presenti in tutta l’isola.

A good nights sleep

Great location close to the bus station. Because of Hotels.com reward system we were upgraded to a deluxe room on the 6th floor which was fab. Best feature was very comfy beds and TV had a casting function.

Voy a Santa Cruz unas 3 veces al año y los últimos 8 años siempre me quedo en este hotel, esta última vez me mandan el mismo día de mi llegada un email en el que me piden una tarjeta como garantía, al llegar al hotel me comentan que son nuevas normas que se implantaron este año pero yo he estado dos veces este mismo año y nunca me han pedido eso, pienso que deberían mirar el historial de un cliente antes de amenazar con que la reserva no esta completa el mismo día de la llegada habiendo sido hecha la reserva dos meses antes, me ha decepcionado mucho

Para llegar a la zona de los cuartos debes recorrer un laberinto de pasillos y más de 150 mts, el acceso engaña, al asignarte el cuarto te envían al fondo, al menos para los cuartos del 1000 o sea primer piso, no los aceptéis.

Breakfast was not great!

This hotel looks amazing and the staff are friendly, but the only thing that lets it down is the breakfast. The staff at breakfast are not proactive in making sure the breakfast is topped up full. When half of the main items are not there, that’s poor show.
