Para ser un 5 estrellas le faltan detalles, más animación, vinoteca con oferta de vinos, algunos arreglos en las instalaciones, etc. Lo que si es de 5 estrellas es el personal, desde recepción hasta los cocineros, pasando por los camareros de sala, los de la piscina, socorrista....en fin, !!todos!!! Aunque tal vez necesiten más personal a las horas punta.

Hotel was really nice and the views from the rooms are spectacular. It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff. Overall for the lower price for a hotel, did not expect amazing as you get what you pay for and we were happy with the stay for a couple of nights

EL hotel en si es muy bueno, nos ha gustado en general todo pero se nota que es viejo, el pasillo de las habitaciones daba hasta miedo al principio jajjaj.. El personal desde que llegamos de 10, en recepción super atentos, las de limpieza antenas y muy majas.. En el restaurante del buffet super majos todos y muy atentos en todo momento. Nos indicaron bien que cosas poderoso hacer.. A donde ir.. Todos muy atentos y educados en todo momento. El buffet cada día con una tematica nueva y siempre ofreciendo diferentes platos para probar. La piscina y el bar geniales. Lo único malo que le hemos podido apreciar, ha sido que para bajar a la costa, hay que bajar por unas escaleras larguísimas y el problema era que para volver al hotel, tenias que subir por esas escaleras... Al estar en un acantilado no se tiene muchas mas opciones. EN general de 10 el hotel, la ubicación es el único problema. Muchas gracias a todos por el trato!! Si podemos repetir, repetiremos!!!!

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Aber leider keine 5 Standard Sterne wie angegeben . Es sind insgesamt vielleicht 10 Parkplätze für das gesamte Hotel verfügbar, das Internet funktioniert nicht gut im Zimmer und auch das ganze Gebäude muss renoviert werden. Für mich eine sehr gute 3 Sterne Hotel.

Left after one night
We spent a week on Tenerife traveling every 1-2 nights. This was hands down the worst place we stayed. Our room was extremely hot and there was no available AC or fans. We openings our sliding good as often as we could but both of our next door patios were chain smoking. Our entire room smelled like an ashtray. There is not enough elevators to accommodate the number of guests. My daughter recently had knee surgery and this was a problem along with that the gym is run down with a lot of broken equipment and she couldn’t do her physio. The pool is fine, the water was very cold. The hotel is in need of some maintenance. The views are amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The cx staff was kind. We were meant to stay 2 nights and left first thing in the morning after one night and breakfast. I would NOT recommend this hotel. We stayed at 4 other lovely places through the island. This one was a miss.

Un hotel plutot banal, avec du bon et du moins bon. Des photos montrant une grande pisci e qui au final n'est pas tres grande et en plus fermée durant notre sejour... Pas de serviettes disponible apres 10h, il faut attendre 15h. La nourriture est plutot moyenne.

Habitaciones mal insonorizadas, no pretendas echarte la siesta, que el ruido de la carretera no te dejará. El trato de los empleados, exquisito, no como el de los responsables, que no permiten pedir una botella de agua filtrada de 1 litro si no tienes el todo incluido. Poco favor al planeta

We stayed at the "resort" for 8 nights. Location is good when it comes to airport tranfer, bus stops, restaurants and old town. The check in employees looked fed up of tourists...the room was very big and all face the ocean. There is an issue with the elevators...we booked half board and every meal time, we had issues with finding a table, getting the table cleaned up, and the employees were running mad.it made for a very stressful experiment. 😳 To my eyes..this is not a five star hotel.

Good hotel rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant good selection of food, nice walk down to the centre. Must say staff are definitely 5 star, hotel more like 4 star.

Vue magnifique des chambres mais châssis anciens en alu, non hermétiques et comme l'océan tape contre le rocher devant l'hôtel c'est assez bruyant et quand l'eau fait un peu moins de bruit on entend les voitures car il y a une petite route devant l'hôtel par contre très bonne isolation acoustique intérieure (on n'entend ni les voisins ni de bruit de couloir), chambre supérieure spacieuse et lit très spacieux 220x200 et très confortable ; structure des années 60, très mal fichue; repas bons, menu par semaine, peu de légumes et non variés en légumes, Pas pour végétarien du tout. Desserts de bas niveau ; bar: un seul ouvert cad soit à la piscine soit au lobby, ce qui n'est pas pratique (surtout quand il pleuvine et qu'il faut aller jusqu'au bar derrière la piscine) et longue attente (personnel insuffisant et pas trop pressé), cocktails du all in pas terribles; la piscine couverte ne l'est pas (elle est coincée entre des bâtiments et des escaliers mais en grande partie à ciel ouvert) mais l'eau est bien chauffée et il y a des jets, jacuzzi etc...; la grande piscine était froide et quand le monde est arrivé, les places étaient "chères", les coupes vent qui sont d'anciennes portes coulissantes en aluminium gâchent un peu le paysage mais les chaises longues sont confortables.
