We were traveling for a week and after two nights we noticed bedbugs in our room. They came out of bed at night. The staff kindly changed us to a new room, but it left a disgusting feeling. After the trip, it is a big hassle to process all the luggage for bedbugs. I would definitely look at the mattresses and bed bases in the future, because the room looked clean and the problem was revealed at night. We did not receive compensation in the situation. The staff was friendly.

Amenities were good. food for full board was really good and good variety. The rooms themselves were good but definitely could do with a modern refresh.

Bedbugs!
We read about bedbugs before we arrived, but hoped someone had just been unlucky. We didn't have much choice to be honest, everything within our budget was fully booked. As we entered the reception at the Canarife Palace we met guests who had been exposed to bedbugs. We tried to get a room at one of the hotel's two other buildings next to us, but they said everything was fully booked. So we went to sleep after searching through the sheets and moving the beds from the wall (that had holes in it - I think they live in there). We talked to them the next day, but they insisted there were no bedbugs in our room. After two nights my wife was bitten and we discovered a bug on her pyjama. We found one on her jacket as well. We then went to the reception, and this time we were offered a room at another floor. And we had to freeze our clothes and everythong for at least 24 hours. We were offered a free drink. Terrible place. Terrible service.Don't go there!

I expect better food. I expect that all services are easy to get, i do not want to spend my holiday running from one desk to another as I had to do to get towels. I paid my deposited 20 euros but never got towels, they were always in the cleaners. I also expect to pay all the deposit one time. I do not run around with dimes in my bathing shorts when I´m in an all inclusive residence, so to get a drink I had to go to my room to get dimes which I do not have there either, cause I always use card. I expect the sunchairs to be in good condition. I also want to have a friendly encounter at the bars even though I do not drink alcohol. As it turned out I had to comply with coca-cola and such. Well, I wanted a nice alcoholfree drink, but that wasn`t included in "all inclusive". The best service was provided by the cleaning staff that always greeted us with a nice hello and did their jobs perfect.

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate the New year, very few British mainly French and German so leftout with the activities due to no translation. New years eve was a let down again no atmosphere. Food was basic and cold, staff were wonderful and hotel clean.

Struttura veramente confortevole camera grande vista ottima, piscine super, personale educatissimo, cibo tipico spagnolo e internazionale poco e niente Italiano. Uniche piccolissime pecche che non ho voluto neanche risolvere, frigobar in camera non funzionava, tv poca ricezzione, cassaforte rotta, personale non parla per niente Italiano. Se dovessi tornare, ci tornerei piu che volentieri

Les services proposés étaient parfait (piscine,billard,restaurant..) par contre la propreté n'est pas bon. Et pour le lit il faut un matelas avec plus de mousse. Sinon l'espace était parfait avec le balcon.

Friendly staff, even though when we initially got to the hotel, they overbooked the hotel, and then had us stay a night at Blue Sea Costa Jardin, (which is at least 3km away) They said the "room wasnt ready" until after 3pm (suspiciously in line with a siesta) Did the same thing when we arrived at Puerto Resort. Overall the stay was nice, AC was terrible in the room, and basically was slightly better than sleeping outside. Food was great though.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la cama, ya que son muy incómodas, pedimos cambio de colchón y nos trajeron otro más duro y nada, pedimos cambio de habitación y sin problema pero tampoco, la verdad que veníamos de unos días duros que necesitábamos descansar y relajarnos y en el descanso no lo conseguimos para nada, nos levantábamos siempre con dolor de espalda y agotados. Lo que si recalco es el personal, es maravilloso, tanto es recepción como en restauración sobre todo, siempre con una sonrisa, super amables y son todos encantadores, transmiten buen rollo entre ellos y fueron maravillosos la verdad, de 10. La piscina cierra a las 18h y la verdad nos pareció un poco pronto porque aún queda día para poderse bañar.....pero....así son las normas que tienen.

Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très moyen. Les boissons chaudes ou froides au petit déjeuner sont mauvaises (coupées avec beaucoup d'eau). Il y a du choix dans les plats mais rien n'est vraiment bon. Il est indiqué qu'il y a un parking gratuit mais trop peu de places pour 3 hôtels, il faut donc payer 6€/jour si on ne veut pas tourner 1h pour se garer dehors. Les chambres sont vieillottes mais spacieuses et agréables.

Me encantó el trato del personal, son muy atentos y agradables. No me gustó que la limpieza de las habitaciones sea en días alternos, creo que debería ser diaria. La comida del buffet es muy buena, pero veo un poco escasa la variedad de carnes y pescado, sólo suele haber 2 o 3 cosas como mucho. Y nos fallaron los helados.

Fint hotell som är ganska slitet. Rent och fräscht dock och det är väl viktigast. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Stenhårda sängar. Frukosten ingick i vår bokning och den var medioker. Mycket folk, hög ljudnivå och kö till kaffeautomater.

You get what you pay for. We only stayed for 4 days and didn’t pay much thankfully. Hotel is clean but food was poor quality, lots of queuing for the bar. They allocate meal time slots but always chaotic and running out of plates/cups. Very limited food choice and very poor quality. We were all inclusive but only had the soft drinks/coffees at mealtimes. Coffee was like water and the options for outside were queues for a small bar and seating on flimsy plastic furniture. Loungers around the pool are all old, sagging so very uncomfortable Hotel is very outdated and needs some attention/refurbishment. Location was good - on the Main Street so easy to walk around shops/bars.

A Resort with much more to be desired!
The Blue Sea Resort consists of three hotels and as guest at the resort, you are allowed to use all facilities. I had booked all inclusive and the buffé were good, even if the variation could have been better. Common places in the resort were in fine condition and kept clean, but the room did not live up to expected condition. The room had a very nice balcony, on the inside how ever it was worn down and the carpet was probably 30 years old and had ingrained dirt. In the bathroom it looked like mold in the ceiling. It said in the presentation, that room cleaning was done everyday, but when I asked in the reception they told me it was every second day and during covid that seems to rare. None of the pools are heated and the water was very cold. Even though the hotel was not good, I had a great stay in Puerto de la Cruz and Tenerife, which is a very nice place!

Vi Jade alt inkludert opphold, men snaks bar jade kun ferdigpakket kald sanvicher, lkke noe annet, ikke iskrem avslutt ikke noe annet. På bare de hadde kun meget dårlig kvalitet lokale drinker Som var også utvannet. De krevde en euro depositum for plast glassene de serverte drinken på. De ville ha 12 euro depositum også for bade håndkle. Hotellet var sliten og budene var få maten alternativer med dårlig kvalitet, som noen rette var laget av restematen fra tidligere servering. Dårlig pute på sengen som var hard. Smal bade kar.

Slitet hotell som behöver en uppfräschning. Sunkiga heltäckningsmattor, dåliga avlopp och trist inredning. Utomhuspoolerna är inte uppvärmda. Frukosten var så där och all inclusive verkligen inte prisvärd, särskilt inte för en vegetarian eller vegan.

trevligt ställe var dock i behov av renovering. Bra att man kunde variera mellan tre hotell fast det var klart lite mer variation på maten hade inte skadat ex. temakvällar. Bra service i restaurangerna av trevlig personal. servicen var överlag helt ok med dragning uppåt. Fanns en hel del att göra för de som behövde aktiveras. Fanns även en gratisbuss till ett shoppingcenter för den som hade behov av detta. Överlag en trevligt vistelse till ett humant pris
