Countless day trips include Fleet Air Arm Museum, Wincanton races, Sherborne Castle, National Trusts Stourhead house and gardens and Longleat Safari Park. The historic spa city of Bath, Bristol and Wells, the smallest city in England are also well worth a visit. If you fancy a change of scenery take a trip to the Jurassic coast. Or, if you wish to explore further afield Templecombe train station is 3.5 miles and offers a main line from London to the South West.

This stunning 19th century detached former farmhouse sits at one end of a two-acre garden with views of the landscape beyond. Enter this beautiful property into a spacious stone flagged entrance hall which leads to the principle rooms the lounge, dining room and the kitchen/breakfast room there is also a useful cloakroom with WC.
