Paseo Miraflores 42 welcomes you! This is an elegant, ocean-view vacation rental within the Las Catalinas Development conveniently located very near to the parking lot, which makes it so much easy to reach your car without the worries of extra expense on valet parking.
This tropical home offers a spacious common area in which the kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a couple or a small family to spend time together. The master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity for your convenience, and beautiful mountain and ocean views. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom next-door in the hallway. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. This property sleeps up to 4 guests, comfortably in upgraded mattresses, and linens. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.

The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. Parking on the main road is prohibited.
