Welcome to Plaza Mercado 12, a clean and fresh Mediterranean-styled 2-bedroom condo in the heart of Las Catalinas, a car-free beach town that blends the charm of the Mediterranean with the natural beauty of Costa Rica.



As a guest of Plaza Mercado 12, you can enjoy the exclusive Las Catalinas Beach Club Membership, which gives you access to a pool, a gym, a restaurant, and a spa. For more details or to learn about the membership benefits, please ask our Concierge.



This condo features a bright and airy living room with comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six. Step out from the living area onto the terrace to revel in various outdoor seating areas, and a dining table, and enjoy stunning views of the town and the ocean.



The living room opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals. The contemporary kitchen features a variety of modern appliances, including a blender, a microwave, a hot water kettle, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, and a sink garbage disposal. Additionally, it provides a comprehensive Bosch oven with an Induction stovetop.



The Master Bedroom indulges you with a King bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a charming built-in bunk bed with twin beds. With two full bathrooms one en suite in the master bedroom this retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.



Your convenience is our priority; laundry appliances, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. Ample storage in built-in wooden closets and safes in both bedrooms ensure your belongings are well-kept. We also offer free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning. The condo also provides beach essentials, such as chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a boogie board, so you can enjoy the sun and the waves.



Las Catalinas is a unique, picturesque beach town that invites you to explore, relax, and connect with nature and culture. You can stroll along the cobblestone streets, swim in the crystal-clear water, hike or bike on the scenic trails, or join the fun activities and events that the town organizes. Experience the convenience of being mere steps away from Danta and Dantita beaches, as well as Plaza Mercado, which hosts over five restaurants and cafes within a 100-yard radius. If you need parking, you can use the Las Catalinas parking lot for an extra fee of $15 per night plus 13% tax (as of March 2024). Price is subject to change without previous notice.

Amazing location, great linens, and even better location!

Costa Rica is an amazing place to visit and we wished we could have stayed longer, even permanently! While there was a lot of construction in Las Catalinas during our stay, the location of the house by the beach and all the restaurants of the town was incredible. There's one restaurant that starts playing music around 8am across from one of the rooms, but given the sun rises at 6am anyway we were already awake. :) The deck and outside private area of this house was really a dream and made for wonderful family breakfasts. We'll be coming back soon!
