Rejuvenate your spirit at this newly renovated cottage with privacy and tranquility on a large lot in the heart of the wine country, right behind Wilson Creek and Monte de Oro winery. Whether it`s a spirit rejuvenation or a romantic getaway, this is the ideal place. Wake up and see the hot air balloons flow by, or enjoy the tranquility with a glass of wine on the front porch in the afternoon. With only one other house on this massive 4.6-acre lot, this is an experience unlike any other.

This newly-renovated cottage has everything you need. The spacious front porch and a massive private lot is suitable for tranquility and relaxation. Lightning-fast Fios internet. The reclining loveseat and flat-screen TV with Disney+ and Netflix services make for an enjoyable evening. The kitchenette and dining area are the perfect place to enjoy a nice meal. A newly renovated bathroom, along with the comfortable bed and high quality bed linens complete the comfortable, cozy getaway. On a large private lot with tranquility and privacy. The cottage is small yet has everything you need for your nice getaway.

Self check-in is available with your personal access code on the smart lock. Parking is easy on this massive private lot.

We are just one phone call away, and our local property manager is available on stand-by for your needs.

This large lot has a rural feel in the wine country, yet is only minutes away from over twenty wineries. Old Town Temecula and Pechanga casino are less than 20 minutes away. The small road in front of the house is a dirt road and most of the lot is not manicured, giving it a country feel.

There are vineyards on two sides of the property, and the back of the property is an undeveloped area, providing a genuine wine country feel.

Please note that there are exterior cameras with recording for the safety of our guests. The cameras face outward away from the property. The driveway leading to the house is a dirt road. The wine country is a semi-rural area. Much of the 4.5-acre lot is not landscaped, please take extra caution when walking around the parts that are not landscaped.
Out of respect of our neighbors and in accordance with the wine country noise ordinance, we do not permit parties, loud music, or large gatherings at the property. Violations will result in termination of the rental agreement, and guests may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issues in such cases. Fees for damages, excessive trash removal, and/or extra cleaning may also be assessed.
