Cozy two bedroom in the middle of it all!

Fall Line 207 is an affordable two-bedroom/one-bath condo located one block off Main St and just 2 1/2 blocks from the Gondola Plaza. Priced like a Telluride hotel room, but with the advantages of a full kitchen and two bedrooms, Fall Line is convenient to Main Street and the Ski Area The Library right next door is a big plus. It has free programs including, but not limited to yoga, movies, books and use of their printers for a minimal charge. The condo has a kitchen, a washer/dryer, a deck with views of the ski area and Bear Creek and two very comfortable Adirondack chairs; It contains two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and brand new Led flat screen TV) and one full bath. There is a dining area and a comfortable living room with a TV and a DVD player with an outdoor balcony off the living area. There is a common hot tub at the Fall Line and an elevator to access the garage of the building as well as a covered parking garage. This condo is perfect for your affordable ski or Festival trip to Telluride!

Perfect Stay and Location

Great location, walking distance to the gondola, restaurants, town. Really comfortable all around with everything we needed (3 of us stayed). Liked the hot tub set up too - although shared, basically no one else using it the entire time.

Great location!

Perfect location in Telluride. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, the gondola, river trail. Cute little condo! We had everything we needed. Front bedroom is a little warm in the summer since the window faces the public walkway, and not everyone will be comfortable leaving it open. I had to keep the blinds down so that inhibited the air flow a bit. But they had fans to use! Our car was too tall for the garage but management provided a pass for the street. Just a tad of an inconvenience to find parking but they were great to work with. I would stay here again!

Great location!

My friends and enjoyed our stay. The property is only a few blocks from the gondola and a block or two from the Main Street. Easy check in/out process and responsive management. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!

Fall Line condo #207 is in the PERFECT location in downtown Telluride. It's a short walk to shops, town park, restaurants and the gondola. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our 4 night stay (could have used some extra TP on hand as we ran out). Lots of towels, extra blankets, etc. The kitchen has all of the usual cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishes, etc. The balcony with a view of the mountain is a nice bonus. We slept 5 comfortably, using the two beds and pull out couch. It was nice to have one on-site parking spot + a parking permit for another vehicle on the street since parking in Telluride is sooo difficult. One suggestion is for the owner to consider replacing the master bedroom mattress as it's gotten a bit springy and creaky. Overall, great condo that we plan to rent again! Thanks!!

Conveniently located, near everything. Apartment was clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. Would definitely consider staying there again when we return to Telluride.
