Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring quality linens and inviting layouts to ensure a restful stay. Spiral staircases lead to additional guest rooms and the wellness area, creating unique spaces for relaxation and retreat. Bathrooms are modern and well appointed, offering spa-like touches and everyday convenience.

All TVs are equipped with updated Apple TV systems with HBO Max and Paramount+ included.

Ski Access
While this property is not ski in/ski out, guests can access Sundance Run with a short walk from the end of Cabins Lane. From there, ski approximately 200 yards to Lifts 1 and 10 in The Meadows, offering access to both beginner and advanced terrain.

Transportation
Dial a Ride shuttle service is available throughout Mountain Village, making it easy to access skiing, dining, shopping, and local attractions. Access details will be provided prior to check in.

Parking
• 1 vehicle may park in the left side of the garage

• 2 additional vehicles may park onsite

• Additional nearby parking lots are available for an added fee. Details available upon request.

Additional Information

Altitude Notice
This home sits at nearly 10,000 feet elevation. Guests sensitive to altitude are encouraged to hydrate well and consider renting an oxygen concentrator from Oxygen Delivers for additional comfort during their stay.

Early Check In & Late Check Out
Early check in between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, when available, is $100.

Late check out up to 12:00 PM, depending on availability, is also $100.

Requests are processed through the online travel agency platform.

Starter Supplies
The home includes a starter supply of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels per kitchen to help you settle in comfortably. Should you need additional supplies during your stay, Village Market is conveniently located just 5 minutes away.

Family Amenities
A pack ’n play travel crib and additional baby accessories are available for rent through Traveling Lite by Patti.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy allows for two additional guests beyond the listed bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and extra linens are available upon request. Guests are responsible for setting up additional sleeping areas, or housekeeping can prepare them prior to arrival for $35 per trifold mattress.

Important Notes
• Four wheel drive or AWD is strongly encouraged during winter months due to mountain conditions.

• This home does not offer air conditioning, which is uncommon in Telluride’s alpine climate.

• Guests are responsible for monitoring local weather and road conditions, especially during winter travel.

• Telluride experiences seasonal off periods in spring and fall when the Gondola and some local businesses may operate on limited schedules.

• Construction projects may occur during summer months, typically between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

• The nearby Telluride Golf Club is private and available to members only.

• Spiral staircases lead to guest rooms and the wellness center and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

• Unauthorized pets will result in a $700 penalty.

• Exterior entry areas are monitored by security cameras in compliance with local regulations.

• WiFi is available throughout the home for streaming, browsing, and remote work when service conditions allow. Mountain weather and the remote alpine location can occasionally impact internet reliability and cause temporary outages.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds cannot be provided for weather events, travel delays, road closures, illness, ski resort interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

• We kindly ask that you treat Apex with the same care you would your own home. Damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in additional fees.
