「We had a great trip to Lanzarote. The weather was not always great but that did not stop us from making the most of it. The weekend days by the pool with the DJ and the drinks were really fun. All the staff made us feel super welcome. Tomas in particular made sure our glasses were always topped up. 」

「The only let down was the evening bar staff. They were always busy which lead to them being rather grumpy. I travelled with 2 infirm adults but I was only allowed to get 2 drinks and had to re-queue again to get my own. 」

「Second stay this year at this hotel, it’s clean and comfortable and a reasonable AI hotel. Food is fine, good selection at breakfast, we didn’t eat dinner as we like to eat out. Entertainment was good especially the ABBA Tribute and the day time activities were ongoing the team didn’t stop! I would recommend if you like a chilled time, it’s a slightly older client group and not much for kids. There is a rebrand but nothing seems to have changed. 「I liked the fitness room for its concept2 rowing machine! The food could have been a bit more local, the pools were nice but pretty cold. Fortunately the Atlantic was near and actually warmer than the pools. Other than that it is a nice place, quiet balconies and sufficient facilities in the apartments to prepare tea and snacks. I’d definitely come back!」
