Te Waihou Walkway

Tiny one-person cramped balcony. No room for a comfortable lounge chair in room. Not everyone likes to watch TV in bed. Ice tray in freezer box was off/broken and cube trays sitting melted in a pool of water. I don't consider this to be athe Superior Studio advertised, given size and comments above.

We had a lovely stay at Pukawa Village. Our apartment, 15A, overlooked a beautiful garden and the stunning Lake Taupō, making every morning and evening feel incredibly special. The surroundings were so serene and peaceful , truly the perfect place to relax and unwind. Honestly, the view and atmosphere reminded us of Lake Como in Italy, yet we were right here in beautiful New Zealand. It felt like a hidden gem. The owners are such lovely people , very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property is very well maintained, and you can really see the care they put into keeping everything in excellent condition. All the amenities were perfect and thoughtfully provided, making our stay very comfortable. The location is definitely a 10/10 , quiet, scenic, and absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful view, great apartment. Very disappointing that the restaurant was closed for our stay as the dining options elsewhere are extremely limited. It would have been fair to have warned us in advance.
