For the reasonable price this motel brings its ok for the person who wants or requires a bed and shower only it's perfect, but if they require a little extra it's noisy and has no water pressure in the plumbing system .,windows are dirty on the outside, marked carpet and tired.. hard bed , and well used towels.

Dirty especiallythe shower, holes in walls, ni smike detector, every thing patched up with dirty white tape, no shampoo only soap, no milk provided. Im heading home to shower.

The room was nothing like the photos, there were large stains on the floor. It wasn’t the cleanest. On the photos the carpet was newer and there was an aircon on the wall which seems to have been placed there for the photos. No smoke alarm and the tv had no channels.

The property is beyond tired, I'd guess it is primarily used for social housing. Did not feel safe for 2 female travelers. We considered going to the warehouse to purchase new bedding. In the end we stayed with other friends. The man that checked us in was polite. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Pretty basic, free toiletries were just 2 small soap bars only, the 2 towels for showers were the size of larger teatowels, walls had holes covered with tape and painted over and the free wifi kept disconnecting to the extent l had to hotspot from my phone so l could watch programs from my laptop.

I appreciate that there are old photos in the advertisement for the motel and that it is in need of tlc. I found the owners to be friendly and helpful. IReception is clean and tidy, my unit with a little more cleaning would be great the bed was comfortable and apart from the noise of the traffic my stay was okay but it was ruined by a rowdy, rude male next door to ruin it.

Although clean, the motel was basic and dated with walls that could do with a coat of paint and repairs which had been done were obvious by the different shades of paint. The exterior area was weed ridden and overgrown and the driveway and paths holed. Very noisey with the trucks driving past in close proximity. The one staff member was pleasant although we had to ring him to get attention.Would not recommend nor use again.

The unit we had was in a very bad, unkempt condition as was the grounds. I doubt if I would bother book there again. The staff I dealt with were friendly tho so that is a plus. Hope they can do better. It's a tough old world out there

My son and I came down for a golf tournament and needed a place to rest and have a good night sleep, ready to play some decent golf. Unfortunately, I didn't do any due diligence on this motel, thinking anything Expedia (we always use Expedia on trips because they are decent and priced well) would be great. Well the moment we saw the outside of the property and the poor designed driveway. We had a feeling we were in for an experience of some kind. The walls were not clean nor was the ceiling fan blades. The walls had holes that were covered in musking tape and painted white. The showers and toilets were old and smelled like it needed a clean. The bed sheets looked as if they were unclean and full of dust mites. Lucky I had warm tops and pants on. I slept on top of the sheets and waited eagerly for the morning to arrive! Looks like it was used as a transitional motel for emergency housing (holes in walls evidence) and the owners haven't bothered to spruce up these motel rooms back to pre covid times! The wall heating pump was a plug in one and didn't have an outlet for the inside air to escape. We were breathing in the bad air from the room and it felt like people were smoking in this room. We complained about the first room. They charged us $158 and then took us to another room (thinking it would be the same price) the manager charged my son an extra $20 so it cost my son $178 for a room that was still dirty and unclean! This motel needs to come off Expedia!

It was damp, slugs on the floors and condensation max! It was dripping onto the floor during the night. The toilet had issues in the middle of the night we couldn’t fix so was awake from the noise from 3am onwards. Very sad but the staff were friendly.
