Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.

We had a lovely stay at Apartment Dat Exx on the Marjanishvili. The location is excellent — right in the heart of New Tbilisi, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and all essential services. The area felt very safe and convenient for walking around the city. The owner and her team were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to store our luggage safely after checkout until 7 PM, which we appreciated. The only downside was the lack of an elevator in the building. Although the apartment is on the first floor, the number of stairs made it difficult to carry our luggage in and out. Installing an elevator would greatly improve the experience for future guests. Overall, a great stay with wonderful hospitality in a prime location.

Wonderful Stay

Apartment was great, it was comfortable, spacious and very convenient. Only thing I would say is bedroom did not have AC, but if it’s chilly outside you can leave balcony door open and it will cool room off.

Th apartment was in the center of Tbilisi, very convenient location. Comfortable apartment. The host was very helpful with any issues that arise. We would strongly recommend this apartment to anybody. Perfect place for 7 and more people to stay.

We had a great time here in a great apartment. Definitely recommend you try this place. We came at 3am and there were two ladies waiting to show us the apartment and help us in. They regularly came to bring new towels, vlean and take away the trash. The apartment is also very large and fully furnished. The restaurants down below serve excellent food as well. Im so thankful to my host for the enjoyable stay . The apartment was very clean . They provide free water , tea and coffee . The Host Elisa is extremely helpful and always there for you . Also I would like to mention that the Apartment has an amazing location . Around you will find a lot of cafes, restaurants, shopping centers , markets .. all u will need. Im definitely going to come back again !!! Thanks a lot again for my wonderful stay at Dat Exx !
