This is an older hotel/onsen that has been bought by a Japanese chain, and they have done a great job refurbishing parts of it while keeping the general feel of an older onsen. My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff very kind and helpful, the food good, and the atmosphere in general very pleasant. Everything felt reasonably priced, and we had no problems using the onsen even with tattoos. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone else looking for some peace in...
