"Had a wonderful stay. The friendliness of Thanh and his family is what stood out the most. The local excursions, the home-cooked meals, a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, and being greeted by their dog were other highlights. I especially enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields."

"Nice little place to stay in Ninh Binh. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean globally. Very good local food if you want to eat there"

"The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. I cant recommended this place highly enough and I am sure we...

"Stay was amazing. LIly was a great host. Everything new and spacious excellent location. She made us a great custom made breakfast. Highly recommended. Will definitely come and stay again!"

"We had a fantastic 5-night stay. The private pool was awesome, the place was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared an early takeaway breakfast for us on our last day because we had an early departure, which was a lovely touch. The retreat was quiet and relaxing, while still being close to both Tam Coc and the Old Town. We’d definitely stay here again! 😊"
