設備が古く、ぼろぼろである。 清掃員は明るく、てきぱきしているが、頼んだこともすぐ忘れるし、トイレの清掃もたまにしかしない。 管理者にビルの省エネ診断の依頼をしたが視察途中で中断されて対応がひどく悪い。

A good business hotel. Has all the necessities. Breakfast is average but the Hotel pub is surprisingly good. Gym, indoor pool and spa are usable. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Had an early flight my last day and they opened up the breakfast area an hour early just for me. The hotel is a bit dated but you get what you pay for.

I must say I was a bit disappointed at 07.00 in the morning some workers outside started scraping on our window on the 5th floor. I get that they are renovating, but outside guest rooms at 07.00 in the morning was very unexpected. Especially since no one informed us about any renovation when we checked inn. When brought to the attention in the reception all we got was: ''Sorry''. Sorry didn't get me any more sleep that morning so I'm sorry, but I ain't coming back. Oh... and sorry for the bed review.

Not a bad choice
The room looks a bit outdated but it seems that renovation is underway in another section of the hotel. The hotel is situated near wedding venue so there could be noise or loud music in the afternoon.

The staff were attentive, helpful, polite. I was impressed by them. The property is in generally good condition. I was less happy with cleanliness at the restaurant. While I was having breakfast, a cockroach came from underneath a coaster! The floor was not very clean.

직원들은 굉장히 친절해서 미소짓게 됨. 시설은 오래 되고 층고가 상당히 낮아서 썩소짓게 됨. 첫날 묵었던 방은 욕실 천장에 곰팡이 피어있고, 욕실 환풍기도 안 돼서 다음 날 방 교체. 바꾼 방도 욕실 환풍기를 건물 전체에서 중앙통제하는지 작동 하다 안 하다 함. 호텔 내 피트니스 센터는 괜찮음.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. I stayed for a couple of nights, then went to Bukhara and Samarkand and came back for one more night before I left the country. Would stay there again.

I wasn't impressed for the price we pay. The rooms are low ceiling and dark, bad shower/no pressure. Breakfast was good and WiFi too. But overall not good value for the money. There are other hotels in Tashkent that offer better value and service.

It was a comfortable and nice accommodation, with swift service. The only less good part was the paying of just city tax at check out while we spent all our last soms since we were leaving the country. Better to do this or at least inform during check in

Great customer service, rooms are overpriced
Staff were amazingly helpful and always friendly. It looks gorgeous from the outside + reception area but Rooms are severely dated and not worth the price you pay. House-keeping kept coming between 5pm-7pm which was frustrating, as you leave for meetings and come back and it's as you left it. It also interrupts your evening/ability to shower. On my last day they came at 7pm which really annoyed me. Would I stay again? Possibly but not at the rate they were charging. Also, their business/conference room hire was even higher than London!

The hotel staff is really helpful (only exception the front desk person who claimed that the wifi was working when I complained it was not - however the hotel issued a notice a few hours later that there was really a problem with wifi). The manager of the Irish pub even helped me to charge my local SIM card with the credits from his personal SIM card! The room is nice and clean. The bed was hard - which I prefer (maybe some persons like soft beds though). The location is a little bit outside of the city centre but since taxis are cheap this is not a problem

시설개선이 필요합니다. 방이 작고 침대 쿠션이 딱딱합니다. 옆에 대형 식당이 있는 데 주로 연회를 하는 곳인지 북치고, 큰 관악기를 부는 등 시끄럽습니다. 창문도 완벽하게 닫히지 않구요.. late check아웃 비용을 retail가격의 50%를 받아서 너무 비쌉니다. 제가 예약한 일박 비용과 똑같습니다. 조식과 지하식당의 뷔페는 만족스럽습니다.
