Villa Claretta is located in the village of Vabriga, not far from Poreč. This luxurious 4 bedroom villa features an elegant interior and refined exterior and is designed to accommodate 8 people. It is part of the separate Borghetto complex, designed and built to make your stay as private and luxurious as possible.



Villa Claretta is 287 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor is characterized by an open space consisting of a living room, a dining room with 8 seats and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. The space is decorated with elegant furniture in neutral colors and light tones, and the spacious dining room is ideal for enjoying meals together. All rooms are air conditioned and underfloor heating is available for colder days. There are two French doors in the living room that allow natural light to flood in, making the interior of the villa pleasant and airy.



The villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and each bathroom is equipped with toiletries and bathrobes. 2 rooms have access to the balcony, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. The ground floor room leads to an outdoor pool terrace where there is a large dining table, perfect for morning breakfast and coffee. The first-floor room has a balcony with a lounge area overlooking the landscape.



In addition to the elegant and luxurious interior, Villa Claretta has a beautifully landscaped garden of 697m² with a 32m² swimming pool, outdoor shower and barbecue area. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for maximum relaxation, while a fence protects you from prying eyes. Animal lovers will be pleased to know that the villa is pet friendly. Bikes are available for those who prefer an active break, and board games are available for those who prefer to stay in the villa. Private covered parking is also available.
