"Tolles, sauberes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Sehr gut ausgestatte Küche, Grill auf der Terasse, 3 Bäder im Haus, zusätzlich noch ein WC im EG. Große Terasse mit Grünfläche, großer Pluspunkt gegenüber anderen Ferienhäusern. Diese haben zwar alle eine große Terasse, aber meist ohne Rasen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Der Nachbar! Gegenüber gibt es einen Anwohner der sich direkt ab 22:00 Uhr beschwert wenn es etwas lauter ist. Gesellige Abende auf der Terasse sind dadurch leider eingeschränkt....

"Schönes modernes Haus leicht außerhalb von Poreč, nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vorgefunden wie auf den Bildern, Kaution ist allerdings sehr hoch und muss bar bezahlt werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!"

"We have enjoyed staying in this villa every moment. Very comfortable stay especially for families with children as this house has a well-thought-out planning with lots of space and high standard for everything in the house. The villa was very clean upon arrival. Car is recommended to drive (only few minutes) to the beach in Lanterna resort or Santa Marina. Restaurants in Vabriga are within walking distance (a Modo Mio restaurant especially recommended). Will definitely consider coming back to...

"Villa was as described - clean and very comfortable with good air con in the bedrooms which was a definite bonus. Great pool for the kids and BBQ was handy too. Tamara was very responsive when we had queries and resolving an issue. Location was slightly more residential than we had anticipated however was well placed for restaurants, supermarket etc."

"Die Villa und das Grundstück sind super schön und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Besitzer sind überaus freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Haben sich auch immer wieder erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist.Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen"

"What a wonderful stay! It has been 20 years since me and my family's last holiday in Lanterna and we were happy to find out the place is still as beautiful, quiet and safe as we remember. Holidays were fantastic and we made the most of it when relaxing and recharging, what was our trip's main purpose. However, we were utterly disappointed to discover that condition of the apartments was very poor and far from the pictures advertised. Sadly, instead of receiving proper maintenance / upgrade over the years, the apartments were left to its own demise. Paint peeling of the wall and windows, windows and doors not shutting properly, dated bathroom and furniture.. So much money collected from visitors over the years, yet zero investment to the property maintenance - heartbreaking. Cleanliness could also be improved, finding a layer of dust on the bed frames or on the kitchen counter was not pleasant. We got over this surprise and enjoyed our stay regardless but I feel it's important to list the urgent need of renovation, so the overall experience is improved, as it is indeed long overdue."
