"This hotel has everything to be a no brainer: clean, comfortable and decent sized rooms. A great location near a market, park and not too far from the airport. It's a decent value for money.
With that said, there were quite a few things that made me question whether I will return to the property on future visits. The first thing is the "shuttle" service to/from the airport. While there is a shuttle, the frequency and time of operation is quite limited. There's also a HUGE gap of no service for approximately three hours (only God knows why). Beyond that, the driver from the airport was coughing like there's no tomorrow. He sounded horrible and was non stop coughing from the moment of pick up to drop off. For the life of me I can't understand why he was working and more importantly, why wasn't he wearing a mask?!
The second thing that put me off in the property is that despite the signs showing one of the restaurants open until 22h, when I finally made it for dinner at 21h there was a song saying the restaurant was closed.......
Are these small things? Perhaps, but as we all know details matter and I think tha these are significant enough."
