「The tv Ariel didn’t work , tiny poorly maintained room」

「Very friendly staff, good size rooms for families, a great swing park for the kids on the hotel grounds and the food was good. Highly recommended as a stop over close to the motorway.」

「Perfect stay」

「Good check in, good staff, lots of parking. Room was large and very nicely decorated, if a little warm (there was a fan but it was very very dirty and I had to dismantle it and clean it to get it to work properly). Room was let down by the bathroom - there was visibly peeling and missing paint around the top of the shower, and splash marks/spilled...something all up the walls behind the door and by the toilet. The seat on the toilet was also a soft padded one, which was a little odd....

「Room was clean except burns in carpets. Flies in restaurant- get a big bug zapper! Staff were superb Dinner extremely tasty except charge for pods which lay empty of £45.00 for 2 hours. Breakfast was lovely Location is great but a lot of road noise all day and night from everything from motor bikes to tractors. Property has 2 windows to counter noise but still prevalent.」

「Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.」
