「地上階にはパブがあり、宿泊施設は上の階にあります。チェックインはパブでします。フレンドリーで感じの良いスタッフが対応してくれます。 部屋はクラシックでアンティークな作りですが、綺麗にリノベーションされており、充電用のコンセントは最新でUSBジャックもついています。バスルームも綺麗。気持ちよく滞在できます。 ホテルの駐車場はありません。一晩置ける最寄りの駐車場はWest Rock parkingという公共駐車場が徒歩数分にあり。 朝食は8:30からなので、今回食べれませんでした。」

「Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking. We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them. Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. 「The room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. 」

"非常に暑い日にも関わらず、エアコンが故障していた。冷えるのに時間がかかると言われ数時間待ったが、全くかわりなしで、体調がわるくなり倒れそうになった。急いで荷物をまとめて部屋を出て部屋を交換してくれるよいに頼むと、渋々交換してくれたが、予約した部屋より狭い部屋しか空いてないと言われたが、熱中症になるよりはましなので、その部屋に移動した。部屋の差額は返金されなかった。後で口コミを見たら何ヶ月前の口コミにも同様にエアコンが故障していたというものがあった。あの暑さで空いている部屋がなかったら熱中症で倒れていただろう。客の最低限の安全も確保できないホテルだと思った。有名ホテルで系列には何度も滞在したことがあるがこんなことは初めてだった。非常に失望した。"
