Helpful host

The house though located through a bad area is placed in a quiet old neighborhood. Had a few issues with the home from the start but the owner was more than helpful and replied quickly to any message I sent. Good stop for travelers visiting the sights.

Our Tampa stay

Updated not too long ago. Overall the house was clean and enough room for a 3 to 4 guests comfortably. Could use regular daily cleaning supplies left on site. The owner/property manager was easy to get ahold of and quickly resolved any issues or concerns. He was always polite and attentive. Though the neighborhood itself was older, it was quite. The surrounding area itself was a sketchy like many big cities today due to homeless people sleeping against business buildings. .
