Come be one of the first guests to enjoy this newly listed and totally renovated detached mother-in-law suite located in the beautiful Hyde Park area of South Tampa. This area carries the highest rating for walkability being located so close to some of Tampa’s best shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Five minute walk to Hyde Park Village and even closer to Howard Avenue with it’s famed restaurant row including the iconic Bern’s Steakhouse. Or hop a bike to downtown Tampa just 2 miles.

No need to stay anywhere else!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dave’s place! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Everything was just as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dave was an exceptional host with great communication throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and all the extra amenities provided were a fantastic bonus. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we’re in Florida!

Dave was absolutely fantastic!! The property was great (and fully stocked). Perfect cozy place for vacation. We didn't want to leave but will definitely be back to visit.

Great location for our stay

Very nice clean and well equipped apartment. Fantastic location and close to many amenities. Our main complaints are the bed pillows were terrible. We suggest offering some firmer pillows. Also the sofa is not very comfortable if you plan to sit and watch much tv. But overall we were very happy with the accommodations.

Great Stay

This place was incredible and just what I needed for my work trip. Communication was great - Place was perfect and as advertised. I will be staying here again and its great for anyone looking to experience South Tampa. Its in the heart of everything and walking distance to all the cool spots.

Absolutely Perfect!

This rental was well appointed and comfortable for our six night stay in Tampa. Dave put great care and thought into renovating and stocking this space. If we ever find ourselves back in the Tampa area, we would definitely seek out this property again! Dave was great with communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. He even reached out to let us know the space was available earlier than expected. We received clear instructions on how to access the property, WiFi, and check out procedures. The location was perfect! We didn’t have a car during the first half of our stay and we were within easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, boutique shopping and the Bayshore Boulevard walking trail. It was also within walking distance to downtown Tampa and the free trolley. Parking was available onsite when we did have a car and was an easy drive to the St Pete/Clearwater area.
